HR Managers typically oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, while HR Officers are responsible for providing support to the HR department in various functions. HR Managers develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives, manage employee relations and recruitment, and nurture a positive working environment. HR Officers support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems, provide counseling on policies and procedures, and assist in recruitment and onboarding.
